Relocating for a work assignment is an exciting adventure, but we know that the preparation can feel daunting. The Assignment Support Programme can support you with practical information ahead of your assignment, such as where to pick up medications or consult with a doctor.

To help provide the most relevant information to you, Teladoc Health send you a short online questionnaire, which will enable them to understand your current health situation. Once you’ve answered these questions, they will send you a personalised report by email within 48 hours, with guidance on how to manage your health in your new location.

The personalised report will cover details such as:

  • Medical advice, based on your destination of travel
  • Lifestyle suggestions
  • Local health system information
  • Detail of local healthcare centres
  • Prescription and pharmacy information
  • Any precautionary measures to consider
  • A reminder of additional resources available through your policy

To get started, log in to MembersWorld, either via our app or online, where you’ll find the link to register for the service. You can also contact your employer or global mobility representative directly to register for the service.

How long does it take to complete the health questionnaire?

It should take no longer than around 10 minutes to complete.

When will I receive my report?

After completion of the online questionnaire, you should receive your report within 48 hours.

How is the information provided to me?

This is an email only service – the report will be shared to the email address you provide when completing the health questionnaire.

Is the report confidential?

The information you provide to Teladoc is safe, secure and will be maintained confidentially by them. The details are not shared with Bupa Global or your employer.

Can my dependants also use this service?

If you’re relocating with your family, you’re welcome to register for your dependant child(ren) and answer questions on their behalf, however dependant children over the age of 16 must answer the questions for themselves if they choose to complete the questionnaire.

When completing the registration form, you will see a tick box that enables you to provide any dependant details.
