Through Bupa LifeWorks you can access counselling, practical information, and digital content to support your mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Whether you need an answer to a question, qualified strategies to deal with a concern, or you’re facing a tough challenge, Bupa LifeWorks can provide support with a wide range of topics from emotional worries to everyday practical concerns. For example, support with bereavement, anxiety, and depression, and also debt management, budgeting, and legal worries.

Online you can discover wellbeing content that fits your lifestyle and browse thousands of articles, toolkits, audio recordings and more, based on your interests, for tips and tools to support everyday life.

Choose from topics such as body, mind, personal finances, relationships, and work, to receive daily articles, videos and podcasts. The more you use the app, the more personalised your experience will be. Simply follow the steps during setup to choose your areas of focus.

You will be speaking to a practical support adviser or highly qualified counsellor, depending on the nature of your call.

Is the EAP confidential?

Yes, the service is confidential. Any confidential and/or identifiable information which you may discuss with TELUS Health will not be shared.

Who pays for LifeWorks?

For our members with a company health plan, Bupa LifeWorks is included at no additional cost to you.
