Support is available whenever you need it

You can contact us using the number on your membership card for medical guidance, claims assistance, or help navigating your care options. Our teams remain available around the clock and services continue to operate as normal.

If you are seeking treatment outside of the network or need help checking eligibility, please contact us directly.

Looking after your mental wellbeing

During times of uncertainty, it is natural to feel concerned or overwhelmed. Taking care of your mental wellbeing is just as important as your physical health.

Support available to you may include:

  • Access to mental health support as part of your plan
  • Guidance and resources to help manage stress and anxiety
  • Digital wellbeing tools via the MembersWorld app

If your family members are in the region

If your family members or dependents are in affected areas, they will continue to be covered in line with your health insurance policy.

You can contact us for assistance or clarification on coverage, and we can help connect them with appropriate healthcare services if needed.

If you are travelling or planning to travel

If you are travelling, your healthcare cover continues to support you, whether you are at home or abroad, subject to your policy terms.

We strongly encourage you to follow official government advice regarding travel. As with all policies, standard terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions apply.

We’re here to support you

We continue to monitor developments closely and remain committed to providing access to healthcare for all our customers.

If you need any support or have questions, please contact us — we are here to help.
